Meet the Team!
First is Madison, the founder of Northern Point Property Management.

Hi, I’m Maddie the owner of Northern Point. I started this business a few years ago by providing cottage owners cleaning services for their short-term rentals. Early on I knew there was going to be a demand for so much more than just cleaning, which is when I started to develop the management side of properties. I’ve developed a wonderful team that is ready to take on new tasks, and are always open to learning new things.
Growing up in cottage country as given me the love for outdoors, if I’m not cleaning or studying, you can find me outside with my dog Roxie.

Second is April, the manager of Northern Point Property Management.

Hi, I’m April the manager and graphic designer for Northern Point. I started working for Northern Point about 2 years ago. Outside of work, I am a mother to 3 lovely girls, two of which are actually a part of our cleaning team. I’m originally from the Kawartha lakes area and love to be working within our communities and on the water. Being the graphic designer, I’m able to work alongside owners to develop logos, pamphlets and so much more!
Just like Maddie, you can find me outdoors with my girls, and our dog Oatis, or at the local hockey rinks with my daughters who love to play and watch.
